Calling all Instagram lovers!
Yesterday Instagram announced some new updates and improvements and we just love them!
1. New Explore icon
The Explore icon at the bottom of your screen has changed from the star that it used to be to a magnifying glass.
Now when you open Explore, you’ll see two tabs:
Tap Photos: to see photos and videos that people you follow have liked or that a large number of people have liked
Tap People: to see accounts you might like, based on a variety of things, including who you follow, who you’re connected to and what photos and videos you like on Instagram
The Photos tab has not changed. It contains the same scrolling grid of photos and videos you already know. The new People tab highlights interesting accounts for you to discover! :)
Do you know that you can also find suggested users by going to your account settings and tapping Find Friends on Android or Find People to Follow on iPhone?
2. Edit button
On the last update Instagram allow the users to add a location to a photo or video they’ve already shared or edit the location you originally included.
To add a location: Tap Add Location... and enter the location.
To edit a location: Tap the location name > Change Location. Then choose a new location or remove the location tag from your post
Have you ever missed the ability to go back and edit captions on your posts?
Don’t worry at last is possible! Hurray!
When you share a moment to Instagram, a typo shouldn’t get in the way.
You’ll find a new “Edit” option in the menu beneath your image. Tap it to edit your caption!

What do you think about this new updates?
